Robert L. (Bob) Duffy is senior vice president of Human Resources and Administration for Harris Corporation. Duffy is responsible for planning and implementing Harris’ Human Resources and Administrative organizations’ global strategy. He directs the development of the company’s workforce, including talent acquisition, leadership development and training, employee relations, and compensation as well as benefits. He has oversight of real estate; environmental, health, and safety; corporate relations; communications/public relations; and global security. He came to Harris in 2012 from United Technologies Corporation (UTC) where he held domestic and international leadership positions of increasing responsibility since joining the company in 1998. He most recently served as vice president of Human Resources for the company’s $7 billion Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. Previously he served in similar roles within the company’s Fire & Security, Carrier, Hamilton Sundstrand, and Pratt & Whitney operations. Prior to joining UTC, Duffy held human resources management positions with Royal Dutch Shell and the James River Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in management and technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. Frank St. John
Executive Vice President, Missiles and Fire Control of Lockheed Martin
Frank A. St. John is Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business area. MFC develops, manufactures and supports advanced combat, missile, rocket and energy systems and provides technical services and logistics support for military customers that include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Special Operations Forces and dozens of foreign nations. Commercial programs include products and services for the global civil nuclear power industry, microgrids, renewable energy solutions and energy storage. Lockheed Martin’s Board of Directors appointed him to this position in January 2018. During his 30-plus years with Lockheed Martin, St John has held numerous leadership positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President & Deputy, Programs for MFC. In this role, he was responsible for assuring MFC’s lines of business successfully met the company’s commitments and responsibilities to its customers, shareholders and the corporation. All MFC lines of business Vice Presidents and Program Performance aligned under his leadership to ensure MFC maintained strong, positive relationships with its customers and maximized collaboration across the business. Prior to that role, St. John was MFC’s Vice President of Orlando Operations and Tactical Missiles/Combat Maneuver Systems. He was the lead executive for the MFC Orlando campus and led the business, operational and financial responsibility for Tactical Missiles/Combat Maneuver Systems. He was responsible for leading the corporation’s endeavors in the areas of Precision Fires, Close Combat Systems, Ground Vehicles, Advanced Programs and Tactical Missiles. St John’s prior responsibilities included leadership roles of increasing responsibility in Engineering and then Program Management on programs such as Joint Air to Ground Missile (JAGM), Joint Common Missile (JCM) and Longbow Missile and Fire Control Radar. He earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
