What problem are you trying to solve?
Instead of solving a particular problem, we would like to be an enabler for our customers business with the technologies in IT Infraestructure.
How are you solving that problem?
We would like to be a trusted advisor and enabler for our customers by understanding the business need and support with the best of breed solution, which will help them in achieve the business needs.
How has the pandemic impacted your company?
We have built a strong process and team to support most of our customers remotely over the years. We didn’t find it difficult, some of the customers who insisted onsite support earlier now understood and accepting the remote support. This pandemic has given us some insight of the effectiveness of the remote support as the calls are being addressed and closed as quick as possible.

What is the next big challenge in information security?
Work from home culture adopted for the past 2 years now, people are reluctant to come back to office. Most of the challenges we face in Information Security is user awareness and the mistake they make. There will be more threats in upcoming years like targeted attacks which has to be addressed with the new technology adoption. IT team facing challenges of multiple solutions and managing those solutions with the right skill set will be a challenge. We are having huge demand and supply issue for the talent pool.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
We are in a process of building a work force for the future, as readymade talent pool is scarce. We have started this practice recently to identify the able and interested people and train them in all aspects starting from Communication, personality development, sales, technical training based on the ability and interest. Once this program is over, they will be placed in the team and place across the locations.
Apart from this we also collaborate with other organization for the required skill set as building one is challenge and retaining them is another issue.
