How Has the Pandemic Impacted Your Company?
The pandemic has made the IT team less dependent on working from the office. The team are now more globally positioned with some developers based in India, Vietnam, Eastern Europe to name a few, all collaborating and implementing a solution. This has meant that our offshore position has become a lot stronger and we can pass our cost savings to our customers. We have therefore strengthened our internal security standards and procedures so that the customer will never be impacted.
Where Do You See Your Company Going In 5 Years?
We have built a strong foundation with a global footprint, a strong sales and delivery model and an ever-increasing customer retention track record. We will be building on this foundation and growing the organisation to a company over 2000 employees in 5 years.
What Is the Next Big Challenge in Information Security?
As governments step up legal constraints on security each country will start to have their security laws. It will then become difficult to keep up with the different laws from each country. Global organisations will then have different standards for their network.
